LISA program (Learning, Inclusion, Health, Adaptation) is an interdisciplinary action-research initiative led by the Learning Planet Institute, IFEA, INSERM, IHU Robert-Debré, and the Child Mind Institute as part of the France 2030 program. Implemented in more than 150 French schools, LISA aims to improve the early identification of emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties in children through screening tools, educational resources, and strengthened collaboration among teachers, researchers, clinicians, and families.
Within this framework, the PhD research conducted by Camille MANNIER-BETAIMI within the ESSMA team, under the supervision of Judith VAN DER WAERDEN and co-supervision of Richard Delorme, focuses on the development of LISA4PARENTS (LISA4P), an extension of the program specifically designed for parents. The goal is to strengthen parental involvement in the prevention of mental health disorders in children through the design and evaluation of an innovative parent-report questionnaire, FACETS-P, which enables the early identification of emotional and behavioral difficulties.
The project will also examine the complementarity of perspectives from parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals in order to improve the identification of children’s needs.
Finally, LISA4P will incorporate an artificial intelligence–based conversational agent, developed in partnership with MindedTech, to provide families with personalized recommendations, scientifically validated resources, and interactive support tailored to their needs.
